    I agree with Jake. Since he already stole the thunder, I’d guess type A (left-sided accessory pathway) because V1 is R-wave dominant with TWI in right precordial leads and delta wave inversions in I and aVL (lateral pseudo-infarct)

    Also agree is looks like afib due to the irregular intervals
